Garden of Stillness is Buena Vista's signature wellness IP, a 3-night, 3-day immersive retreat designed around one question: what if stillness had a structure?

Built on an Ayurvedic framework, every element of the retreat, movement, food, spa, ritual, is shaped by individual assessment. The guest arrives for a stay. They leave with a personal practice.

The Foundation

Four pillars designed to work as one system.

Ayurveda & Personalisation, each guest receives a one-on-one prakriti and vikriti assessment. Findings directly inform therapy selection, dietary emphasis and daily rhythm.

Movement & Instruction, restorative yoga, slow flow, breath-led mobility. Always adaptable. Led by certified instructors.

Spa Commitment, three spa sessions per full day. Serenity Spa with temperature-controlled pool, steam, sauna and relaxation lounges.

Culinary Care, every meal diabetic-conscious and anti-inflammatory. Ayurveda-aligned and quietly restorative.

Day 1, Grounding

Botanical welcome with herbal infusions. Opening circle in the Zen Garden. Restorative yoga on the garden lawn to release travel fatigue. Sound healing with Tibetan bowls under the amphitheatre sky.

The retreat begins with arrival and arrival begins with slowing down.

Day 2, Ayurvedic Restoration

The deepest day. One-on-one Ayurvedic consultation. Personalised body therapy based on assessment. Self-knowledge workshop on patterns and conditioning. Nervous system reset at the spa.

Evening: fire circle and release ceremony, writing, symbolic release, aroma cleansing. Three spa sessions. One day of understanding patterns and restoring balance.

Day 3, Integration

Making wellness livable. Ayurveda at Home workshop, daily routines, food timing, sleep, nervous system support. Creative integration through rangoli and mandala creation. Final relaxation at the spa.

Farewell hi-tea at Nolita Sky Lounge. Sunset reflection. Closing circle. The guest leaves with a personal framework, practices they carry home.
