The short version
This website does not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no database. It does not collect personal data in the background. The only way this site receives information about you is if you choose to write to us.
The contact form
The enquiry form on the contact page does not submit to a server. It composes a message in your own mail application with the details you entered, which you then choose to send. Nothing you type is stored on this website or transmitted to us unless you press send in your mail app.
What we hold when you contact us
When you write to us, we hold what your message contains, typically your name, email address, organisation and whatever you tell us about your enquiry. We use it to reply and to carry the conversation forward. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the working relationship or as required for tax and legal purposes, and is deleted when neither applies. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time by writing to hello@henceforthglobal.com.
Hosting and logs
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and requested URL in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. That processing is Vercel's, governed by its own privacy terms, and we do not combine it with anything else.
Links out
Pages on this site link to third-party platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn. Once you follow such a link, that platform's own privacy terms apply. We have no control over what they collect.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to hello@henceforthglobal.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
